| October 7 5:00 PM | Due date for proposals |
| November 20 | Scores are due from CRECs |
| December 2 | Presentation of funding recommendations to Faculty Senate |
| December 4 | ORSP posts proposals recommended for funding on REP website, sends email notification to all PIs and begins send out of award packages |
